Welcome to the Thread of Me!
Welcome to theThreadofMe, my personal blog, where I attempt to pull a thread through parenting, marriage, everyday moments and stochasticity. My hope is that one of my threads might be the thread you need at the moment you find it. I write blog posts, poems, and essays about my personal experiences, thoughts and feelings, as well as my interests and passions. Whether I am writing about my thoughts on parenting children and adolescents, navigating the complex relationship of marriage, helping my children grapple and embrace Dyslexia or Celiac Disease, navigating these as a mother, searching for meaning in life, I always feel that I am staring at the underbelly of a rug, staring at the stochasticity of its threads and hoping that it's beautiful from above.

I live in Miami with my husband, my teenage daughter, my teenage son and my ten-year-old son. By training, I have a PhD in clinical psychology, but I hope to bring to you what I have by living too. I hope that my experience, my words, might touch yours. Again, I hope that on my blog you will find a thread you recognize or a thread you want to borrow or one you needed. Thank you for spending some of your moments with me.
